Injection‑Molding Process Parameters

Melt temperature 220‑280℃ Do not exceed 275℃.
Mold temperature 20‑70℃ (recommended 50℃) Crystallization depends on mold temperature. Low temp: poor surface, weld‑line & flow‑mark risk; High temp: warpage tendency.
Injection pressure 80‑140 MPa(800‑1400 bar); up to 180 MPa(1800 bar) for thin‑wall packaging Good flowability, avoid excessive injection pressure.
Holding pressure 30%‑60% of injection pressure Prevent sink mark; holding time accounts for ~30% of cycle time.

Runner & gate Pin‑point gate / multi‑point gate; hot runner systems(heated / insulated) and inner sprue sleeve are applicable. Gate shall locate at the thickest section of part to minimize shrinkage.
